If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Refunds for electronic products will also be honored within 30 days. After this period, refunds will not be issued, but you may receive credits for future services, which expire one year from the date of issuance.For cancellations or rescheduling of coaching sessions, we require at least 5 business days' notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee. You may transfer your session to another individual with at least 1 business day's notice.
